Staff of Management Team+ will go through with you which crisis and shelter needs you have, which options there are and which support you might need in the longer term. If necessary, they can refer you to care providers offering suitable support, such as shelter facilities, for example.
What does the Management Team+ do?
Staff of Management Team+ sit down with you and look at what your support needs are, with the aim of getting you functioning on your own. Determining factors in this are: daily structure, work and income, mental and physical health and social contacts.
This interview forms the basis of the support and a supervision pathway. The municipality can refer you to care providers in Eindhoven and the surrounding area for the support. Staff of the Management Team+ work together in the supervision pathway with you and with other organisations towards an existence that is as self-supporting as possible. The ultimate goal is seeing you taking part in society, preferably through paid work.
Is there also a central registration point?
The central registration point (Centrale Aanmelding) will cease to exist as of 1 January 2019. Eindhoven Municipality's Management Team+ has taken over the duties with regard to residents with complex support and care needs.
