Property valuation report

The property tax (OZB) you are required to pay is based on the WOZ valued of your residential or non-residential property. WOZ is an abbreviation of the Dutch Valuation of Immovable Property Act. Would you like to see how we calculated the WOZ value? Read the digital valuation report (in Dutch).

It contains the following information:

  • address details
  • WOZ value
  • Information about the object (such as nature of the property, year built, volume/surface area outbuildings and plot size)
  • cadastral data

The valuation report also offers insights into how a property is positioned in the property market. In the case of residential properties, this would be purchase prices and WOZ values of comparable properties. For non-residential properties (business premises, offices, schools), this would be the rental value, capitalisation factor or reinstatement value and correction factors.
