The valuation report also offers insights into how a property is positioned in the property market. In the case of residential properties, this would be purchase prices and WOZ values of comparable properties. For non-residential properties (business premises, offices, schools), this would be the rental value, capitalisation factor or reinstatement value and correction factors.
